As a specialist in family photography, I — Tim of InThePresent Photography — capture families as they truly are: present, relaxed and connected. I see photography as a gift; years from now you’ll look back at these images and remember exactly how it felt. My aim is to preserve that feeling: no forced poses, but warm, recognizable family moments that stand the test of time. My working method is calm and personal. Before the session I listen to what matters to you: are you looking for spontaneous play in the park, a familiar session at home, or classic portraits with everyone together? During the shoot I create a relaxed atmosphere where children can be themselves and parents have space to unwind. That natural interaction usually produces the most meaningful images — moments of attention, a spontaneous laugh, or tender looks between family members. Although family photography is my focus, I regularly work with young families and newborns. In newborn and child photography I prioritise safe, loving images that fit naturally into your family story — always with attention to calm and authenticity. My style is understated and people-centered: light, timeless photographs that highlight the emotion and narrative of your family. As a photographer based in the Veenendaal area (and surrounding Ede region) I enjoy making the most of your chosen location and timing. Whether we shoot outdoors or indoors, I pay close attention to light, composition and, above all, the small interactions that turn a picture into a memory.
