As a photographer based in Rhenen, my heart belongs to family photography. I work frequently with families, (young) children and newborns and I love capturing those small, defining moments: proud looks from parents, disarming smiles from children and the gentle calm around a newborn baby. My style is spontaneous and natural: no forced poses, but a family session in which you may be yourselves. I like to move ‘unobtrusively’ through the day so I can catch those spontaneous interactions, yet I also guide proactively when the moment calls for it. How I work: we start with a short meeting to discuss your wishes and locations. Whether we choose an outdoor location around Rhenen or a cozy lifestyle shoot at your home, I provide practical tips beforehand (clothing, timing, what works with small children) so the session runs smoothly. For newborn shoots I often recommend a time within the first weeks after birth because that period changes so quickly—but I’m equally happy to photograph older babies and children in a natural way. During the session I keep a relaxed pace, include playful moments and offer small directions that bring out genuine emotion and connection. What drives me is the trust of returning families and the opportunity to preserve tangible memories.
