I’m Jessica de Vroege, an enthusiastic and dedicated family photographer based in IJsselstein. My passion is family: capturing the small, pure moments that later become the most treasured memories. My style is fresh, emotional and focused on connection — I believe in photographs that don’t just show what something looked like, but how it felt. (I don’t shoot what it looks like, I shoot what it feels like.) Why choose my family photography? Because I recognise and respect moments. I shoot with two cameras and a range of lenses to capture every detail and interaction: the way a father smiles at his child, a tiny secretive hand, or the soft light on a first day at home. How I work: I prepare our session personally, we choose a location together that suits your family, and I create a relaxed atmosphere so you can simply enjoy being together. For people who feel nervous in front of the camera, I use my Moment Design certification: that means creative, friendly prompts that encourage natural interactions and real emotion without forced posing. For families who want to preserve their daily rituals, I offer documentary work: Day‑in‑the‑Life reportages that authentically record your everyday moments. What matters to me: involvement, respect and love for your story. My work is gentle yet effective — I stay close when needed but unobtrusive when it best serves the moment. Besides family shoots, I also photograph child portraits, newborns and babies, and document special family occasions like communions or birthdays.
