I’m Marisa — what I love are honest, unforced images. As a specialist in family photography in Amersfoort, I want to photograph you just as you really are: playing children, a quiet moment with a newborn, or a spontaneous laugh at a birthday. My focus is on capturing genuine moments; no staged poses, but warm, bright photographs that tell your story. My style is a mix of documentary and lifestyle: lots of natural light, soft colours and an eye for the small details. I prefer to work unobtrusively so children can stay themselves and parents can relax. That relaxed atmosphere allows the most beautiful, recognisable family photos to emerge — images you can look back on to remember who you were and how it felt. I aim to make the session accessible and cosy. We’ll have a short chat beforehand — a quick introduction so you know what to expect and I can get a feel for your family. During the shoot I take my time and let you play, cuddle or simply be together. Occasionally I’ll give a subtle prompt to strengthen the composition, but mostly I trust those natural moments: small gestures, exchanged looks and genuine emotions. I photograph families, newborns, babies and children — and special moments such as christenings, communions or birthday sessions fit well within my approach. The result is a series of images that are both strong and gentle; pure, with attention to emotion and atmosphere. I’m careful with newborns and sensitive moments, always prioritising comfort and safety while capturing the connection. After the shoot I lovingly edit the images so they remain warm and timeless. You’ll receive the selection clearly presented in an online gallery where you can easily choose favourites and share them with family.
