Family photography is for me more than a picture: it’s about making a story tangible. As a photographer with over 15 years of experience and training in Breda, I look for the moments that truly belong to your family — the spontaneous laugh, the small ritual between parent and child, or the tender glance of a grandparent. My approach is calm, personal and intentional. In my studio in Vlaardingen or at a location that feels familiar to you, I create a relaxed atmosphere where both parents and children can be themselves. I work with patience and a sense of humour: with children I take my time, play lightly and pose subtly so natural interaction can emerge. For parents this often means they can let go a little, and in that space the most beautiful, authentic images appear. Style and feeling are central: I seek authenticity and atmosphere, with attention to composition, light and those small details that make a family unique. Whether you choose a studio portrait session with quiet backgrounds or an outdoor shoot where play and movement take centre stage, I tailor the session to your wishes and personality. I work with you from the first contact: we discuss wishes, locations and practical tips (clothing choices, what works with children, what to bring). During the shoot I guide with small directions and examples, but I always leave room for spontaneous moments.
