I’m Rachelle Dens — a passionate family photographer with a warm, moody and romantic aesthetic. Although my photo studio is based in Nieuw‑Vennep, I regularly work in Lisse and the surrounding area and am the photographer families choose when they want authentic, relaxed images. My focus is on memories: not the staged pose, but the love, connection and little details that make your story yours. Why choose me as your family photographer in Lisse? My signature style is warm and atmospheric: I love soft evening light outdoors (golden hour) and in the studio I create intimate, timeless portraits that convey calm and emotion. I also know the local locations well — from cozy park corners to the scenic areas around Keukenhof — so I can recommend spots that suit your family. How I work: the process is personal, clear and relaxed. Before the session we discuss location, wardrobe and any special requests — matching outfits, favourite places or meaningful props are all welcome. On the day I create a friendly, calm atmosphere so that even the youngest children feel comfortable. I give simple guidance and plenty of space for play; many of the most beautiful images come from those spontaneous, in-between moments. After the shoot I carefully edit and color-grade the selected images with attention to skin tones and the warm, moody look you see in my portfolio. Final images are delivered via a secure online gallery and can be ordered as prints or wall art. Specialties within family photography: on-location and studio family sessions, newborn and baby photography with safety as the top priority, children’s portraits and birthday sessions that showcase personality. I also offer maternity and couple portrait sessions, which pair beautifully with later family shoots.
