Hi there — I’m Marloes, a mother of three and a family photographer based in Dordrecht. I focus on capturing your family as it truly is: relaxed, full of love and open to spontaneous moments. As both a photographer and a parent I understand that children don’t always sit still and that parents sometimes prefer to be behind the camera. That’s why I make a photoshoot feel like a pleasant outing rather than a posing session. My style is warm, natural and understated: no forced poses, but small prompts, conversations and playful tasks that create real moments you’ll want to look back on. Thanks to my background working in childcare and my own family life, I have lots of experience with children of all ages — you’ll see this reflected in the calm atmosphere during the shoot and in the authentic emotion in the photos. Preparation matters to me. You’ll receive a short questionnaire so I can get to know your family and a styling guide with clothing tips to avoid wardrobe stress. If you want something special to wear, you’re welcome to use my client closet free of charge, which includes beautiful dresses and comfortable pieces suitable for family photos. Together we’ll choose an outdoor location in Dordrecht or West Brabant that suits your family and the natural light I like to work with. During the session I guide you gently — with directions, small tasks and time to really enjoy the moment. This approach produces tender, dreamy images that feel at home on your walls. After the shoot I select and carefully edit the images so the final photos reflect the warm, natural style that fits your family.
