I’m Cecile from Cecile takes pictures, an enthusiastic photographer based in Barendrecht with a passion for family photography. After graduating from the Fotovakschool in Rotterdam (2018), I specialised in photographing families, children and newborns. My work focuses on real moments: laughing children, loving looks and the small details that make your family unique. My approach is warm, personal and relaxed. I create a comfortable atmosphere where parents and children can be themselves — no stiff poses, but natural interactions. Whether we shoot at your home, in the park or in a studio, I work with attention to composition, light and emotion to ensure everyone feels at ease. The result is spontaneous family photos you’ll smile at for years to come. During sessions with children I use playful prompts and short moments of focused attention so even the shyest little ones begin to shine. For maternity and newborn photography I offer the option of a session in your own environment; this creates calm images with beautiful natural light and a safe, familiar atmosphere.
