I’m Stephanie, and as a family photographer based in Haaksbergen my greatest passion is capturing families as they truly are. What I love most about photography is catching the small, unposed moments: a cuddle on the sofa, that mischievous look from your little one, or the gentle bond during a newborn session. That’s why I position myself as a specialist in family photography — pure, warm, and attentive to feeling. My approach is personal and relaxed. We’ll meet beforehand so I can hear your story and together we’ll choose the atmosphere and locations that suit you — whether at home in Twente or at a favourite outdoor spot. During the shoot I create a calm, playful environment where children can be themselves. I prefer to work with natural light and I pay attention to the small details that will make you smile again and again when you look at your images. I consider newborn and baby photography to be an extension of my family work: those first weeks and months are so vulnerable and special. For that reason I schedule plenty of time and adapt everything to your baby’s rhythm. For children’s portraits and spontaneous family shots I bring patience and calm so the results truly feel like your own memories. What sets me apart is the combination of a storyteller’s instinct and my background in hospitality: I know how to put people at ease and create a warm, trusting atmosphere. As a mother myself I also understand what it’s like to work with young children — which brings empathy and flexibility to every session. Together we’ll make sure the photoshoot runs relaxed, with attention to emotion and composition.
