I am Cobi Neeft of Foto Cobi, a warm and experienced photographer from the Zaan region. Since 1998 I have been passionately capturing people in all their expressions — and family photography is one of my main specialisms. My approach is personal and relaxed: I create a calm, safe atmosphere where families, babies and children feel comfortable. This allows for natural family photos and sincere children’s portraits that become lasting memories. Whether you choose a family photoshoot in my own studio in Krommenie or a reportage at a familiar outdoor location in Zaanstad, I take plenty of time to get to know everyone. Especially with babies and young children I work patiently and attentively: no rushed posing but room for play, a smile and spontaneous interaction. I capture those moments in atmospheric images, often offering subtle black-and-white or sepia edits on request. My work is characterised by a warm, human approach and an eye for detail — from the quality of light and composition to the small, meaningful gestures between family members.
