My name is Suzanne Verhagen and since 2005 I have been photographing families in and around Tilburg with great care and pleasure. Family photography is my specialty: I focus on real, relaxed moments between parents, children and little ones. My approach is warm, relaxed and personal — no stiff poses, but images that preserve life and emotion. What drives me is capturing those small, meaningful moments: a playful smile from your toddler, the tender look between parents and newborn, or spontaneous interaction during a birthday party or christening. Whether it’s newborn photography, baby and child portraits, or a family gathering such as a christening or communion, I help you find the right mood and composition so the photos truly reflect your family. I work both outdoors and in my daylight studio in Tilburg. Outdoors I use natural light and familiar, warm locations; in the studio I create calm and focus for newborn and portrait work. During the shoot I foster a relaxed atmosphere — with a touch of humor and lots of patience — so children feel at ease and can be themselves. My style leans toward pure, warm and timeless images; I edit photos subtly so the emotion remains front and center.
