I’m Sanne van Zutven of Sanne Fotografie, based in Gennep. My heart beats faster for family photography: capturing small gestures, spontaneity and those real, unforced moments that show how your family truly is. For me a family photoshoot isn’t about stiff poses, but about atmosphere — that relaxed feeling where children dare to play and parents see each other again. My approach is personal and friendly. I always take time to get to know you first: a cup of coffee, a short chat and often already a smile. That helps both children and adults feel at ease — and that relaxed mood is exactly what creates the photos you’ll want to look at again and again. During the session I give subtle guidance, I might sing a song or start a little game. The goal is always the same: to evoke genuine reactions and capture moments that are pure and recognisable. Style and editing are naturally important. I work calmly with attention to natural colours and light; my images have a pure, warm look where emotion and connection are central. You’ll receive photographs that feel both timeless and personal — pictures that still make you think later: “Wow, this is really us.” As a photographer from Gennep I know beautiful outdoor locations and I feel at home shooting in nature, but I’m also happy to photograph families in other settings. I gladly offer clothing advice beforehand, since a coordinated colour palette can really contribute to a cohesive look in the images.
