I'm Inge from Inge Jansen Bloem Photography, and family photography is what makes my heart beat faster. As a photographer from the Veendam/Nieuwe Pekela area, my goal is simple: to capture your family as you truly are. No stiff poses or forced smiles — just natural images full of warmth, humour and genuine moments. Why choose me? Because I believe every family and every child is unique. My approach is relaxed and personal: I take the time to get to know you, put parents and children at ease and create a playful, cosy atmosphere where spontaneity can arise. That is often when the most beautiful moments appear — the tiny glances, the unhurried laughter and the real connection — photos you'll happily look back on. My experience with children and family photography means I know how to work with little ones: patience, clear directions and a touch of creativity help even the shyest child relax in front of the lens. For baby and children's portraits I choose locations where you feel comfortable — outdoors in nature, in your familiar home environment, or in a heated conservatory for the youngest. I’m happy to advise on styling and posing, but I always keep things natural and relaxed. How does a shoot work? We start with a brief introduction so you know what to expect. During the session I guide you with short prompts and fun little tasks so everyone can unwind. After the shoot I carefully select and edit the images, paying attention to colour and mood, so you receive photos that truly suit your family. What drives me is more than technique: I work from a genuine interest in people. Alongside my photography I bring warmth and trust to my everyday interactions — you’ll notice that in the way I connect with families during a session.
