AHA Photography truly brings your family into focus. Based in Nunspeet, I capture the small and large moments as a specialist family photographer: family shoots, newborn and baby sessions, children’s portraits and family events such as communion, christening or birthdays. My work is reportage-oriented: I look for connection, spontaneity and the love present in all those moments. My style is personal, warm and colorful — just as I describe on the website. I work in a documentary way: not with forced poses but with gentle guidance and playful prompts so everyone can be themselves. That results in images you’ll want to return to again and again: photos that evoke emotion and make memories tangible. How do I work? Beforehand we discuss your wishes: location, atmosphere and which moments matter most to you. On the day itself I create a relaxed atmosphere — I put you at ease with a calm, open approach and take time for the details. During family gatherings I move as unobtrusively as possible: my modern mirrorless cameras are quiet and I shoot almost without flash, preserving the natural mood. After the shoot I carefully select and edit the images; colors remain natural while edits add atmosphere and warmth without going too far. The result is a cohesive, authentic collection of photographs that reflect your family story. AHA Photography is locally rooted in Nunspeet, but I’m happy to come to you anywhere in the Netherlands.
