I'm Juultje, a family photographer based in Groesbeek with a love for real moments. For me, family photography isn't about perfect poses but about creating memories that feel exactly as they were: playful, tender, messy and full of emotion. After training at ROCA12 and through my own life experiences, I understand how precious photographs are for freezing time — which is why I photograph families as they truly are. Why choose my family photography? Because I work from a place of calm and attention. I believe in a relaxed atmosphere: minimal direction, lots of observation and the occasional gentle prompt so natural interactions can emerge. Whether we shoot at home, outdoors in nature or in my studio, I stay in the background and capture the small moments — a cuddle, a mischievous glance, a grandparent's laugh — that later speak the loudest. My approach is personal and flexible. With families who have young children I often choose a lifestyle approach: playing, running, being together. For babies and newborns I combine, when desired, quiet posed images with simple props that add story and feeling. For birthday sessions and cake-smash-style shoots I’m happy to collaborate on a playful, recognisable concept that suits your family. What sets me apart is my eye for emotion and my calm, warm manner. I love raw moments and playful interactions and aim to reflect them honestly in my images. I help parents who feel camera-shy to relax through a friendly, conversational style so they too feel comfortable and present. Location matters: do you live in or around Groesbeek?
