I specialize in family photography and work from my base on the Veluwe, close to Barneveld. What drives me is simple: preserving real moments for later. My style is warm, relaxed and honest — not stiff poses, but images in which you recognise yourself and your family. Whether it’s a woodland walk near Kasteel De Schaffelaar or a calm session at home, I look for those small, unforced moments that turn out to be the most valuable. Why do families choose me? My working method is straightforward and involved. Beforehand we have a short conversation about what matters to you; during the shoot I create a relaxed atmosphere where you focus on each other. I give light guidance rather than rigid instructions and often follow the children’s rhythm. After the session I carefully select and edit the images so they remain timeless. For families who prefer a day-at-home approach, I offer a documentary-style "day in the life": small moments that are big in meaning. What personally motivates me is the idea that photos connect generations. I believe images not only bring joy now but will offer comfort, recognition and pleasure to those who come after.
