During a family shoot I create a relaxed atmosphere where children can play and adults can be themselves — no stiff poses, just spontaneous moments full of connection. Whether we shoot in my cosy daylight studio or at one of your favourite outdoor locations, I notice the small details and the play of light that give your images that extra bit of magic. For studio sessions I offer wardrobe advice and make sure everything is comfortable and well organised so you feel at ease immediately. My working method is personal and clear: we start with a short introductory chat so I understand your wishes. On the day I work calmly and purposefully; I guide children with patience and joy, encourage natural interactions and step in subtly when a small moment calls for a single click. After the shoot I carefully select and professionally edit the images so the mood and colours come back exactly as you experienced them. You receive the images in a neat online gallery, and I’m happy to advise on wall art or a personalised photo book as a lasting keepsake. As a multilingual photographer (Dutch, English, Russian and Ukrainian) I feel at home with families from different backgrounds in Apeldoorn and the surrounding area.
