Hi, I’m Jet — your family photographer in Emmen. My heart skips a beat for families, little ones and all the small moments that make family life so precious. I specialise in family photography: from newborn and baby photography to children's portraits and family photos for special milestones like christenings or communions. What sets me apart? I work calmly and warmly so everyone feels at ease quickly. My approach is playful yet purposeful: I give subtle directions and small tasks that help children (and adults) move naturally and show their true selves. That’s how spontaneous moments arise — the glance, the laugh, a little nickname or a cheeky jump — moments that speak the loudest when you look back at the images. You choose the location: at home, in the park or one of the beautiful spots around Emmen such as Noordbargerbos, the Rietplas or the Emmerdennen. Outdoor shoots often create a personal, natural atmosphere; at-home sessions capture the warmth and intimacy of your own space. I’m happy to advise on locations that suit your style and the story you want to tell. During the shoot my focus is connection and fun. I have lots of patience with small children and know how to attract their attention without disturbing the moment. You are welcome to bring your own ideas, and I also bring 101 creative suggestions to capture different compositions and moments. My aim is that afterwards you’ll say: this is really us. After the shoot we select the loveliest images together. I deliver carefully edited photos that stay true to the day’s mood — warm, natural and full of emotion.
